Salary: P350.00 to P400.00 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 11:00 AM US Central Time Zone)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience (3 to 5+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar role, supporting business decision makers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

● Proficiency in QuickBooks

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning well within a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred, but those with the required experience will also be considered.

What will you do?

Bookkeeping and Recordkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Record all financial transactions promptly and accurately in the appropriate accounting software.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Generate customer invoices and track accounts receivable, following up on overdue payments as necessary.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries as required by management or external stakeholders.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

Compliance and Regulatory Support:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and support external auditors during

● financial audits as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including expense reporting, filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support and follow-up as necessary.
  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements for executives.
