What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of IT support experience, particularly in a help desk or first-line support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop systems (Windows 10 and later) for troubleshooting and support.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including user management, email troubleshooting, and access permissions.
- Experience with ticketing systems (preferably Autotask) for logging and resolving IT issues.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist customers over the phone and via email.
Nice to have:
- Basic experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
What will you do?
- Provide first-line IT support by troubleshooting and resolving Office 365 and Windows desktop issues.
- Log and manage tickets using the Autotask ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist customers over the phone with technical issues, maintaining excellent communication and service.
- Create and manage user accounts, including setting up new employees with the necessary IT access.
- Set up and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for end-users.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and maintain high client satisfaction.
