What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in e-commerce
- Proficient in Shopify platform management, both back-end and front-end
- Strong digital marketing skills including graphic design with Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Adwords experience
Nice to Have:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is preferred.
What will you do?
- E-Commerce Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify online store, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience for our customers.
- Product Listings and Site Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain accurate product listings with high-quality images and descriptions. Ensure all content is up-to-date and reflects current inventory and promotions.
- Sales and Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all online sales inquiries. Provide prompt and effective customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to create engaging graphics and marketing materials. Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to increase traffic and sales conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on website traffic and sales performance analytics. Use data to make informed decisions about future marketing strategies and inventory management.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and visibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Purchasing, to ensure the online store aligns with the company’s overall strategy and goals.
