What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in legal project management, ideally within a law firm environment.
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles, highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and adeptness in a virtual collaboration environment.
What will you do?
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage case assignments and workflow to ensure efficient operation.
- Ensure all project deadlines are met and coordinate effectively with our virtual attorneys.
Sales:
- Conduct initial sales calls, providing potential clients with insights into the firm's background and connecting them with appropriate contract attorneys.
Operational Management:
- Maintain daily operations, ensuring all firm matters, tasks, and deadlines are managed effectively.
- Facilitate communication between Lead Attorneys to streamline processes.
- Compile and prepare reports on project deadlines and status updates for firm management.
