We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage our cutting-edge projects involving APIs and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in managing complex technical projects.
Program Management
Lead multiple API-driven projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and oversee execution from conception to delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to ensure project alignment.
Technical Expertise
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs.
Oversee AWS infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Troubleshoot API and AWS-related technical issues and provide strategic solutions.
Risk Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or issues.
Continuous Improvement
Implement best practices and tools for project management and process improvement.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, particularly with API projects.
Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
