Location: Toronto, CA (Hybrid)
This role is a hybrid position and can be based at our Toronto, CA office location, with the option to work remotely for some of our working weeks. If you are currently in a fully remote role and are not within a commutable distance to a Computershare office, you’re eligible to apply and maintain your remote working arrangement should you be the most suitable candidate for the position.

A role you will love
As a Team Lead in Account Recordkeeping you will oversee and manage teams of Processors, Senior Processors and Assistant Team Leads who execute transactions at a regional level for account-owners in line with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, short deadlines and client service level agreements.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Updates Processors' daily rosters to reflect availability for Workflow processing and assigns tasks outside of Workflow.
- Utilizes tools such as Dashboard and Process Allocate to oversee the distribution of work and ensure that internal, regulatory and client turnaround times and SLAs are met.
- Provide support during internal and external audits of the department. Participate on client tours through demonstrations of the processing system. May be asked to work on additional projects as needed.
- Provides feedback and coaching to Transaction Processors regarding productivity and quality using tools such as Dashboard and quality reports and initiate constructive action process as needed. Prepare and deliver annual performance reviews
- Model teamwork by supporting peers in meeting the overall goals of the department and support team members through motivation and providing support for team members in performing their job duties
- Review and update operating procedures and policies with the goal of improving efficiency and quality
- Performs self audits to confirm work is performed in compliance wirh operational policies and procedures
- Train staff as needed through OTJ or structured classes

Other key skills required or preferred for the role include:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in managing staff in the financial securities or banking industries is preferred.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $54,000 - $88,000 CAD. This base pay range is specific to Toronto, CA and may not be applicable to other locations.
