We have an exciting opportunity for an Officer to join the Trust Team - Computershare Trust team is the division within Computershare responsible for providing Trustee services to the Companies who set up Share Award Scheme to their employees.
A role you will love
The Officer operates within this division at a local level and assist in operational processes for Trust accounts and maintaining the Trust records and documentation. Trustee Services shall be successful delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
You will also work collaboratively across teams within the same department, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity related to the role.
The Officerof the Trust team is primarily responsible for handling trust administration duties including but not limited to assisting in Trust Managers in operational process for each Trust account, maintaining Trust accounts and records accurately and with agreed timeframes, supporting Trust Mangers to prepare share purchase orders and payment arrangements etc.
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful in this role you will have great attention to detail and be well-organised. You will also be expected to identify the problems and respond to and resolve problems which will be guided by clear procedure and on-the-job training.
Some other key skills that you’ll have:
- University graduate with bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline
- Good communication skills with a strong command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft application and Chinese Word Processing
