The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the systems that are critical to delivering services to customers. This role involves a blend of designing, building, and evolving foundational systems while collaborating with teams across the company, including product development, data analytics, operations, security, and compliance. Infrastructure Engineers in this organization are known for their technical acumen, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and manage infrastructure-as-code and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Produce comprehensive documentation to support a scalable and efficient operational model.
Address and solve complex challenges associated with scaling and security in a financial services context.

A seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in infrastructure development and management, demonstrating a deep understanding of mission-critical systems.

Preferred Experience:
Solid foundation in software engineering, with experience in both frontend and backend development. Proficiency in Python or Node for backend tasks and familiarity with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks is highly desirable.
Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus, highlighting flexibility, a data-driven approach, and a willingness to engage in multiple aspects of product development.
Compensation:
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $165,000 per year, based on experience and location within the US or Canada. The organization practices pay transparency and benchmarks roles according to geographic location to ensure fairness.
