The Role
This role focuses on a Full-Stack Engineer responsible for tackling both frontend and backend challenges within the company's fintech division. The position involves developing features and frameworks for fintech products, working with technologies such as React for frontend tasks and Python and Node for backend services. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, the role offers clear paths for advancement, aligning with the company’s dedication to employee growth.
Responsibilities:
Delivering projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Directly impacting the company’s metrics and user experience with ownership over significant features and systems.
Engaging in cross-functional collaborations to drive future projects and contribute to the roadmap.
Adopting a data-driven approach to development, emphasizing experimentation and customer engagement.
About You:

Willingness to work on both backend and frontend aspects of the stack, adaptable based on interests.

Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in software development, with experience in Python or Node for backend and modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development.
Knowledgeable in web services and contemporary web technologies.
Nice to Have:
Experience across the company's tech stack and with SQL, devops principles, and startup environments.
Proven track record of collaborating closely with business stakeholders and writing comprehensive tests.
Compensation:
An annual salary range of $90,000 to $165,000 USD, reflective of the role's responsibilities.
