**Your Role and Impact**

As a crucial member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• **Sponsorship Excellence:** Take the helm of sponsor logistics, guiding their journey from initial engagement to post-festival activities. Your goal is to deliver a seamless and impactful experience.
• **Strategic Insights:** Keep a close eye on sponsor participation, measuring success against predefined objectives and adjusting strategies as needed.
• **Team Synergy:** Foster a collaborative environment with the operations, marketing, events, and sales departments to ensure a cohesive and positive sponsor experience.
• **Empower Speakers:** Facilitate speaker integration by updating biographies, preparing for panels, and managing logistics, ensuring speakers are informed and ready to inspire.
• **Project Support:** Offer comprehensive assistance with event projects, emphasizing speaker onboarding to enhance their experience and contribution to the festival.

Requirements

**Who You Are**

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Mastery of Google Docs and other collaboration tools.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
• An exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to precision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A highly organized and autonomous work ethic.
• A knack for building and maintaining relationships.
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in event operations, conference management, or a related field.

The role will pay up to £25,000 pro rata with a 6 month initial Term with view to Permanent after that
