Requirements

πŸ‘€ Sounds great right? What will you be doing?>

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented sales operations and CRM technical specialist. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Salesforce and Pardot, positioned within the business as our CRM guru, but also with a wider view as to the operations within the sales team/sales funnel.

The ideal candidate will clearly have been an Administrator within Salesforce before and used Pardot, but wider CRM experience is of notable benefit as is the ability to develop, optimise and support the sales and/or marketing processes - within a multi-faceted tech sales team.

The CRM and Sales Operations Lead will plan and manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM, linked marketing capabilities, our outbound lead generation partner and vital sales process (such as RFP co-ordination and lead allocation/automation). You are a core link between Sales, Pre-sales and Marketing (within the PFT Line of Business but also across others) and will play a role in the success of the sales performance and our revenue growth (new business and cross-sells).

This is a role that can have a lot of impact on the way our Personal Finance Technology line of business does things and the success of its new business and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

● Manage, configure and customise Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our organisation, including fields, page layouts, flows, and reports. This includes training and onboarding of new users and ensuring the ongoing user adoption and engagement of our CRM cross-functionally.

● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline, and revenue. As well as manage business application integrations such as Zoominfo, Clearbit, Formstack, Docusign etc.

● Develop out and optimise the sales automation processes that are already in place as well as identifying and building out new ones to help expedite and secure the success of as many leads (contacts and MQLs) and sales opportunities as possible.

● Manage our outbound lead generation agency by working with our Campaign Marketing Manager (and others) to define requirements, targets, work schedules, processes and materials to create leads for the sales team.

● In addition to the above, it is expected that about c. 20% of your time will be spent supporting our sales team in running their sales activity from allocating new leads (manually or automatically) to coordinating and supporting RFIs, RFPs and contracts/SOWs with clients.

Requirements:

● Technical expertise and experience as a Salesforce specialist/administrator (Salesforce Administrator Certification highly desirable).

● Strong technical skills, including data analysis, report creation, and automations.

● Experience in sales and/or marketing in a technology-led environment (within a regulated market or an early adopter market will also be beneficial but not essential).

● Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

● A team player, willing to muck in but can also work independently to get things done and delivered.
