We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) passionate about advancing the web3/crypto economy. The TPM is primarily responsible for spearheading community development and the appropriate tooling / applications to help us scale. These efforts are to foster a sense of collaboration and support among the community and recognize the most impactful members. The role also involves aspects of onboarding and technical support on platforms such as Discord, github, Farcaster, etc.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Lead community development programs, from initial planning through execution, focusing on efficiency and timely delivery.
• Enforce community rules of engagement, proactively moderating discussions to cultivate a positive and productive environment.
• Utilize user feedback and insights to inform technology product offerings and content strategies.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Legal.
• Building and operating tooling and automation for use cases such as onboarding, spam moderation, etc.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developer and creator ecosystems in a technical role
• Experience with managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience creating developer documentation and schematics
• Ability to replicate customer issues, involving smart contracts, wallets, and node providers
• Proficiency in open source software development concepts as well as software development in Python, SQL
• Working knowledge of community applications such as Discord, Telegram, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to haves:

• Development experience with Web3 apps on Ethereum and / or related Layer 2’s.
