The Crypto Data Foundations team builds enterprise-grade blockchain data solutions. Through providing scalable and trustworthy access to blockchain data, our team powers products across nearly all sectors of the crypto industry including trading, compliance, and data analysis. Our unique data storage, availability, and processing technology aims to enhance the scalability, reliability, and analytical capabilities of the blockchain ecosystem, making it more accessible and efficient for a wide range of applications. The team is hiring for a Group Product Manager to lead and scale these efforts.

What you’ll be doing (i.e., job duties):

• Spearhead the creation and launch high-quality crypto data products that power the crypto economy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across our data platform, with a focus on externalization and scaling data products.
• Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must
• Write technical PRDs, manage backlogs, and effectively prioritize new features vs. tech debt. Collaborate with a full-stack engineering teams to build world-class data products.

What we look for in you (i.e., job requirements):

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years of experience in crypto, including Blockchain infrastructure, On-chain data, and other segments
• Deep knowledge of data infrastructure products and building scalable platform solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support. Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence
• A track record of working closely with and scaling developers communities

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in regulated industries collaborating with legal, compliance, and customer support teams
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring a new product to market
