We're on the hunt for a Head of Sales extraordinaire, seasoned in the art of building sales empires from the ground up.
Product: EMR system that manages patient medical records. Currently, the project is at the MVP stage.
Team: Building a team of talented and ambitious professionals. The team includes a CEO, Product Owner, as well as several Front-End and Back-End Developers.
Together we will:
- Launch and implement sales strategies from scratch;
- Develop tantalizing business expansion plans for the UAE market;
- Collaborate with our product team to refine and evolve our EMR offerings;
- Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients;
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them;
- Manage commercial proposals and develop business opportunities;
- Control the budget and adjust expenses to get the best ROI;
- Track KPIs to assess performance and identify weaknesses;
- Grow together with the product.
Requirements
What you will need:
- Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2);
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales (4+ years), preferably in the medicalsector;
- Experience with the Middle East market;
- Hands-on experience in managing a team;
- Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes;
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to be a self-motivated, proactive team player;
- Desire to grow and scale the company.
Would be a HUGE plus:
- Experience in sales in the UAE market;
- A background in Dentistry or Medicine;
- If you are based in the United Arab Emirates (especially Dubai);
- Good sense of humor 🙂
