This role reports to the Global Head of Learning & Development and is responsible for building world-class learning strategy and experiences for our Product, Engineering and Design (PED) employees.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Learning strategy and design: Work closely with our PED leaders to understand business priorities and skill gaps. Design high-impact blended learning experiences informed by business needs and industry research. Key initial programs will include Engineering Bootcamp and our Associate Product Manager (APM) program. 
  • Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with People Team and PED leaders. Be a role model for our values and active collaboration, while driving alignment and clear decision making. 
  • Program management: Manage programs end-to-end; create clear project plans, branding and communication plans. Ensure seamless execution and leverage change management methodology to ensure global program adoption.
  • Facilitation: Be an experienced and dynamic facilitator. Adapt facilitation style to the different levels and learning styles of our global team.
  • Evaluation and reporting: Determine key metrics and rigorous evaluation strategies; identify key insights to inform future actions and decision making.

What we look for in you:

  • 8+ years industry experience in OD / Learning & Development or similar field.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, OD or a related field; backgrounds in engineering and product management are also a big plus.
  • Proven ability to design high impact, scalable learning solutions for technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt communication style, be inclusive, and build deep relationships with people from all backgrounds.
  • Exceptional project management, change management and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical; skilled in analyzing talent metrics and drawing meaningful insights.
