What You’ll Do as an Associate Electrical Engineer
This role is not about years of experience—it’s about your passion for electrical engineering and solar energy. As part of our team, you’ll work on residential solar system designs, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with electrical codes. You’ll collaborate with different teams, apply problem-solving skills, and grow your technical expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Electrical Engineering support to clients and internal teams.
- Respond to project-related inquiries via chat and email.
- Assist with structural analysis for residential solar projects.
- Participate in trainings and development programs to build your expertise.
- Stay engaged in team meetings and discussions, contributing ideas and solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
What We’re Looking For
- Electrical Engineering graduate with at least one year of relevant experience.
- A passion for learning and growing—this is an entry-level role with room for advancement.
- Licensed engineers preferred but not required—we value knowledge and motivation!
- Experience in US Residential Solar or similar industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Salesforce is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with electrical codes and standards is helpful.
