Rozmova/Clearly is a mental health platform that makes therapy more accessible, affordable, and effective. We are looking for an experienced, open-minded HR Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in product companies
- Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage
- Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across all levels
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback
