What Your Days Might Look Like:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and CRM systems.
Assist in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions.
Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator, run reports (e.g., CMAs), and handle transaction-related duties as needed.
Stay in touch with clients and follow up after sales via email to maintain high service standards.
Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction information.
Oversee and maintain client data in the CRM, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
Regularly update information for both prospects and existing clients.
Track and update client birthdays and house anniversaries.
Segment client data to send targeted email marketing to the appropriate audience.
Work closely with team members to support administrative needs, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Assist with other operational tasks as needed.
- You’ve worked in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role
- You’re detail-oriented and love bringing structure to complex processes
- You’re confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
- You’re tech-savvy, organized, and great at juggling multiple tasks
- You’re self-managed and thrive in a remote work environment.
- You’re flexible, solutions-focused, and always ready to jump in where needed
- Social media management experience is a plus
- You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
- You can secure the required technical setup, including:
- At least a 720p HD webcam
- A noise-canceling headset
- A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
- A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
- A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
