We are looking for a Recruiter to handle full-cycle talent acquisition with a focus on Marketing roles at Clay. You'll lead high-volume recruiting, ensure a delightful candidate experience, and collaborate with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business/marketing recruiting experience
- Strongly preferred: at least 2 years of in-house and/or early-stage startup GTM recruiting experience
- Excellent interviewing skills and ability to identify top talent
- Ability to prioritize candidate experience and create a positive candidate experience
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken contexts
