Manager, Segment Marketing

The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and materials tailored to key customer segments, including, but not limited to, payors, brokers, employers, providers, and third-party administrators (TPAs). This role plays a critical part in driving targeted campaigns, supporting go-to-market efforts, and aligning segment marketing initiatives with revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful, segment-specific marketing programs. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and execute segment-specific marketing plans that support business objectives and revenue growth.
2. Collaborate with the Senior Segment Marketing Manager to align strategies with broader marketing and organizational goals.
3. Build a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends across assigned segments.
4. Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and digital content tailored to each segment.
5. Support the design and execution of targeted campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
6. Partner with Growth, Innovation and Solution Lifecycle, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning.
7. Work with Growth Enablement to support training and tools that enhance segment-specific selling and positioning.
8. Monitor campaign performance and segment engagement, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
9. Contribute to reporting on segment marketing performance and share findings with senior leadership.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management. JOB SCOPE: This role operates with moderate autonomy and requires strong collaboration across teams. The incumbent applies a solid understanding of segment marketing practices to execute varied and complex tasks. While working under the guidance of the Senior Segment Marketing Manager, the individual is expected to make informed decisions within established parameters and contribute to initiatives that impact revenue and brand perception. Success in this role requires attention to detail, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsJOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
* 3--5 years of marketing experience in healthcare or related industries, with exposure to payor, broker, employer, provider, or TPA segments.
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Demonstrated success in executing segment-specific marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams.
* Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable.
* Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier, and telephone.Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes. The salary range for this position is $90-125K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity. BENEFITS
