Requirements
Minimum 5 years of backend development experience at product-based companies
Strong proficiency in Node.js
Experience in building scalable, production-grade systems
Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system design
Familiarity with modern backend frameworks and architecture
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of features
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services powering the Saral platform
Collaborate directly with Head of Engineering, Product Lead, and Founder
Design scalable APIs and data models
Ensure backend systems are robust and efficient
Contribute to architectural planning and code reviews
Own and ship core platform features end-to-end
Transition into a Backend Lead role within 8 to 12 months
