At CLA, we exist to create opportunities for our clients, our people, and our communities. We achieve this by living our promise: to know you and to help you. We are a professional services firm delivering integrated wealth advisory, digital, audit, tax, outsourcing, and consulting services. Our roots run deep, with a history of more than 60 years through our legacy firms. The modern CLA was formed on January 1, 2012, through the merger of Clifton Gunderson and LarsonAllen, two firms that shared a vision of creating a different kind of professional services firm dedicated to serving privately held businesses and their owners. This union brought together decades of experience and a shared philosophy centered on client service and employee well-being, which continues to be the foundation of our culture today.

Our team of nearly 9,000 professionals across more than 130 U.S. locations and a global affiliation through CLA Global is committed to understanding your unique needs and goals.
