Paid Time Off
Employees receive 15 days of paid time off per year during their first 2 years. After two years of employment, employees receive 20 days of paid time off.
Retirement Plan
CNM offers a match of 100% for the first 1% of employee's contribution and a 50% match for the next 5% of the employees' contribution for each pay period.
Holiday Shut-Down
In addition to the company standard holidays, CNM shuts down each year between the Christmas and New Year's holidays, providing an additional 5-6 company-paid holidays.

Medical Insurance
CNM employees are eligible to participate in the CNM benefit plan from day one with no waiting period. There are PPO, HMO, HSA, FSA and HDHP plans to choose from via Aetna and Kaiser.

Employees are offered optional dental insurance through MetLife. With the Metlife Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plans, you may visit a PPO dentist and benefit from the negotiated rate or visit a non‐network dentist.
Disability Insurance
Basic short-term disability insurance covering up to 20% of the employee's weekly base salary up to $1,000 per week for 12 weeks is available at an additional charge to employee from SunLife. Company-Paid Long-Term Disability Insurance is also available.
