The National Onboarding team is seeking a temporary Onboarding Coordinator who will support National Onboarding Counselors with compliance to ensure AmeriCorps members are prepared for the first day of service. The Onboarding specialist will work on several key tactical initiatives that will involve managing multiple systems to ensure accuracy of incoming Corps information. Working 20-30 hours a week, the Onboarding Specialist will report to the Managing Director for National Onboarding Counselors.Location: Flexible

Job Description
Data Management
Track incoming AmeriCorps member onboarding requirements using various systems for accuracy.
Manually input data from Workday, Truescreen, and Fieldprint into TargetX daily.
Maintain an organized system to help National Onboarding Counselors follow up with AmeriCorps members on onboarding status.
Communication and Collaboration
Identify and communicate errors in Truescreen, Fieldprint, and Workday to National Onboarding Counselors.
Maintain clear communication with 10 National Onboarding Counselors across 30 City Year locations.
Provide coverage and support for National Onboarding Counselors' roles as needed.
Candidate Interviewing
Serve as an interviewer for potential AmeriCorps members, offering time slots via your calendar.
Support reference calls and collection as needed via email and phone.
Registration Preparedness
Communicate hiring deadlines and tasks to incoming AmeriCorps members through various communication methods.
Ensure AmeriCorps members have valid documentation, providing resources to obtain new documents if necessary.
Confirm registration and start dates with each AmeriCorps member, using written, verbal, and visual communication.
Ensure confirmed AmeriCorps members are signed up for registration day and provide additional support for those starting within 30 days (e.g., hosting preparedness sessions).
