College Possible envisions a future where a student’s trajectory is solely determined by their talent, motivation, and effort, rather than their socioeconomic background. Since its inception in 2000, College Possible has made significant strides by providing dedicated support to students from under-represented communities pursuing their educational aspirations. Our innovative model connects these students with near-peer coaches who guide them through the complex journey of college admission and success. This engagement begins in high school and often lasts up to six years, ensuring that students have continuous support all the way through graduation.

As one of the largest college access and success organizations in the United States, we specialize in breaking down barriers that hinder educational achievement. Students who participate in our programs are 30% more likely to enroll in college and three times more likely to earn a bachelor’s degree compared to their peers from similar backgrounds. Our approach is holistic: it encompasses personalized coaching, relevant curriculum, and ongoing guidance that adapts to each student’s unique challenges. Currently, College Possible operates in several major cities, including St. Paul, Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Austin, making an impactful difference in the lives of over 85,700 students nationwide.
