What will you be doing?
As the main point of contact client-facing consultant for Circana, you’ll spearhead client success by delving into the depths of consumer behavior insights. You will train clients in leveraging Best-In-Class reports within Circana’s Unify+ platform and consumer panel data sets. Utilizing your analytical prowess focused on client issues, you will help clients seamlessly transform complex data into actionable consumer insights. You will build and deliver compelling presentations to clients as well as collaborate internally within Circana, fostering innovation in the dynamic landscape of Consumer and Shopper Insights. This role will support a mix of Media and CPG clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their full data subscriptions and maintaining strong relationships to address their business needs promptly and effectively.
- Train and develop client users and lead them to leverage best-in-class reporting to answer business problems around consumer behavior using various research methodologies and tools.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights and trends that drive actionable recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Circana to ensure alignment on research objectives and deliverables.
- Creatively develop and deliver client presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth through data-driven insights, including following up on any client data incident issues.
- Finally, the position will require comfort with learning a Circana proprietary technology platform across several different consumer and shopper solutions. This includes being able to extract the required data for analyses and demonstrate/train the solutions to clients in sales presentations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, client services, or account management in the Media or CPG industries.
- Experience with syndicated data solutions (IRI/NPD/Circana etc.) is required.
- Strong analytical skills tied to answering business questions around consumer behavior are required.
- Experience in Consumer and Shopper Insights via panel purchase behavior is strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and experience in data mining through software and/or platforms.
- Proven impact in client engagement skills through reports, presentations, and communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects.
- Stringency in high-quality standards in accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
