Cint seeks an Analyst for the Demand Integrations Team, reporting to the regional lead. The role is a junior position supporting regional teams and customers, with responsibility for a small portfolio of customers. The analyst will monitor integration health, provide technical guidance, and analyze performance to recommend improvements. The role requires technical experience with APIs, data analysis, and communication skills. The position is remote and supports customers globally, with a focus on the APAC region.
Requirements
- Help build and manage relationships with customers in the allocated portfolio
- Gain an understanding of customers' internal structures, key stakeholders, and business needs
- Provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of integration
- Collaborate with account team members to update them on progress and plan measures to grow customers
- Analyze customers' integration performance on a regular basis
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashion
- Develop a full understanding of the industries Cint and customers operate in
- Ability to understand different and unique customer business models and how an integration with Cint will benefit them
- Practice superior time management and self-discipline to work independently from home
