UI/UX Graphic Designer

As a UI/UX and Graphic Designer, you will oversee all product and marketing design projects from conception to completion. You will take ownership of designing marketing materials, user workflows, web designs, product UI/UX, and any other requirements that may come up.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze customer preferences, and evaluate user requirements

• Conduct usability tests and user interviews to gather insights

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate hypothesis/data/insights into intuitive designs and delightful user experiences

• Translate customer insights into concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design components, and prototypes.

• Build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs based on our UI framework to tackle difficult UX problems

• Map a plan for new products and features based on the company vision, customer feedback, and business objectives.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop compelling designs for marketing materials like reports, social media designs, presentations, web pages, conference booths, merchandise, and more

• Create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs that support marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Stay updated about the changing trends and best practices related to design.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of product/graphic design experience with at least 1 year of working with blockchain projects/organizations.

• Experience working with a product made for institutions is a plus.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio in designing landing pages, product designs, social media designs, corporate branding material, outdoor collateral etc.

• Strong aesthetic sense and creative thinking with attention to detail.

• Solid skill set around user flows, wireframes, mockups, and generating assets and specifications for integration into digital products.

• Strong facilitation and project management skills. Ability to lead collaborative design sessions.

• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate your design vision and advocate for your design decisions.

• We expect candidates to work independently, sometimes with ambiguity and undefined requirements.

• Nice to have: experience in staking and personal use of crypto applications
