We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Creator Acquisition to guide and grow our Creator Relations team. This leader will be responsible for driving new creator and partner onboarding, ensuring our platform continues to expand with high-quality store sign-ups. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coaching and strategy, and has a passion for building strong relationships with creators, agencies, and studio partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Creator Relations team through regular 1:1s, feedback, and performance reviews;
  • Drive the team to achieve new store sign-up targets, ensuring both individual and team goals are met;
  • Identify and engage new creators, agencies, and studio partners that align with our platform’s growth objectives;
  • Drive team strategy, performance goals, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Concierge, Creator Success, Product, Compliance, Support);
  • Track team performance and provide regular updates to leadership;
  • Ensure the team is aligned on product updates, policies, tools, and incentives;
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall creator experience;
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to identify new creators and nurture interest in the platform. Follow up post-event to drive onboarding and activation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience leading teams in account management, operations, or client services;
  • Strong track record of driving results, particularly in acquisitions;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills;
  • Self-starter with the ability to propose, launch, and track innovative prospecting methods;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Ability to travel and attend events as needed, including occasional evening or weekend work.

We saw an opportunity to bridge this gap. We created Centro to bring these essential platforms together, providing native, no-code tools and automations that embed Slack and Microsoft Teams directly within Salesforce. Our goal is to eliminate the 'swivel chair' effect, allowing teams to discover, organize, create, and learn more effectively without ever leaving their primary workspace. We empower teams to be more reactive and collaborative in real-time, transforming fragmented conversations into a streamlined, visible, and actionable part of their workflow.
