We’re looking for a Sales Manager from Europe for remote work with strong iGaming industry connections to grow new business for BrandButter. This role focuses on selling our exclusive offline acquisition product while uncovering opportunities for additional marketing services. You’ll build relationships, attend industry events, and close deals with operators, affiliates, and media partners across Europe.

BrandButter is a marketing and creative agency focused on performance-driven brand activations. We work with partners across digital entertainment and iGaming, helping them reach new audiences through innovative marketing channels and strategic partnerships.
BrandButter operates a proprietary offline user-acquisition channel with exclusive distribution rights across Europe. We has already delivered strong results with gaming partners seeking creative, high-impact acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business for BrandButter, with a primary focus on our exclusive offline acquisition offering.
  • Leverage existing iGaming relationships to generate qualified leads.
  • Attend 4–6 industry events per year to build a pipeline and close deals.
  • Prospect and build relationships with:Online casinos, Affiliate networks, Media buyer, Game studios, Other relevant partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Lead generation, Outreach and presentations, Negotiation and closing.
  • Provide market feedback and identify new opportunities for BrandButter services.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of sales or business development experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong network within European iGaming markets.
  • Experience selling: Advertising, Affiliate deals, Media buys, Marketing or promotional products.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
    Comfortable working remotely and traveling for events.
  • Self-starter with strong relationship-building and closing skills.

We created Centro to bring these essential platforms together, providing native, no-code tools and automations that embed Slack and Microsoft Teams directly within Salesforce. Our goal is to eliminate the 'swivel chair' effect, allowing teams to discover, organize, create, and learn more effectively without ever leaving their primary workspace. We empower teams to be more reactive and collaborative in real-time, transforming fragmented conversations into a streamlined, visible, and actionable part of their workflow.
