About the Role:
Position: Sales Development Representative
Working Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM London Time
Salary Range: $1300-$1700 USD/month (depending on skills and experience)
About the job:
We are looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join us on our mission to build the future of personalized healthcare. It’s a pretty unique role, whomever we hire will be helping us build the foundation of our outbound sales motion.
In the year since our company’s launch, we’ve seen strong initial traction across product-led sales and founder-led sales. Over the last 6 months, we’ve identified repeatable outbound initiatives that will help our business rapidly scale.
We are looking for someone to add firepower to our team and play a key role in driving and executing these initiatives!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a great first impression of Vital as the first point of contact for prospects
- Research and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile
- Continually generate leads for the top of the sales funnel
- Help run bi-weekly experiments to source and qualify outbound leads across Cold Calls, Emails, Linkedin and Video
- Triage and qualify inbound leads from Marketing activities
- Manage prospecting work-flow
- Set up Discovery meetings with the Sales team
- Report regularly to Maitham and Simba in Weekly 1:1s and Sales Standups
- Bring a fresh set of eyes and ears, feedback market insights to product and marketing, to help refine our GTM positioning and playbook
Requirements
- Experience working as a Sales Development Representative
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, startups, healthtech or healthcare is a big bonus
- Comfortable using No-Code Tools like [Make.io](http://Make.io)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills with an exceptional feel for language and messaging to technical audiences
- Enjoy improving the status quo by creating structure and processes from scratch
- Empathetic and curious - you love learning about customers and their problems
- Data-oriented curiosity - you have a track record of digging into the data and qualitative insights from prospects, to drive decisions forward
- Creative and proactive - you’re eager to learn, apply, and look for new ways to stand out with prospects across outbound channels
- Prior experience with CRMs used to manage the sales pipeline
- Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach
- Thrive in a high-growth startup environment where things can be ambiguous and you need to operate with autonomy
