About the role:
Position : Executive and Personal Assistant
Working Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM Singapore Time
Salary Range: 1100-1300 USD (negotiable depending on skills and industry)
Holiday : To be confirmed
We are seeking a highly competent and knowledgeable Executive and Personal Assistant to do 75% Executive and 25% Personal Assistance tasks— this will include: managing the overall professional and personal tasks of the client, maintaining and extracting data, creating reports, generating leads, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with the client and reach out to investors and partners, create online postings, study the market, build systems, and manage operations.
Basically, we are looking for someone who is:

KNOWLEDGEABLE when it comes to the financial industry (start up fintech, venture capitals, bitcoins, etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Personal - Travel - book flights, hotels, restaurants, destination research, visa appointments, and preparations. Manage my calendar. Coordinate for the Executive’s kid's school and classes. Make payments. Do online shopping.
- Online content - Help in writing, and posting articles and videos on bitcoin for the Executive’s and company’s platforms.
- Systems - Help with building systems, processes, and tools for the company to manage investors, startup deals, and portfolio companies. Create How-To videos of various tools and processes for other team members and external resources.
- Communication - Help with reaching out to investors and startups with initial communication.
- Operations - Help with operations, for example, manage documents of investors and portfolio companies.
- Find resources - Help to find resources like website designers, and video editors
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of relevant working experience
- Strong background in executive and administrative assistance, preferably in the technical/finance start up/crypto field
- Proficient in using social media and other prominent websites/applications, specifically in doing market research
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer success skills with the ability to generate and manage leads
- Outstanding data analysis, data entry, and data interpretation skills
- Should have a working knowledge of order processing and fulfillment
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, concise, and with a growth mindset
- International customer/client handling experience
- Excellent with using technology and online tools like Notion, recording videos, G Suite, AI tools
- Can communicate clearly and effectively in writing, audio, and video messages
- Is able to understand and take ownership of tasks vs being spoon-fed with every detail
- Can identify patterns and can help make and improve systems of common tasks by themselves rather than only doing things that are instructed
- Reliable, punctual, and available especially as this is a remote job
