As an Implementation Engineer, you will be a part of the Customer Success team, working closely with Value Engineers (Customers Success Engineers) in helping our customers achieve their monitoring objectives
You will:
- Implement use cases for new and existing customers
- Train new and existing users
- Analyze account usage and build performance reports
- Works on ad hoc tasks which helps our customer realize the value of the tool
- Specialize in proactive intelligence and insights, offering unmatched expertise.
- Be a true partner our customers rely on.
Responsibilities:
Working with customers to set up their monitoring use case.
Prioritize, multitask, and thrive under pressure. Complete tasks on time for successful onboarding and account renewals

Qualifications / Experience:
- Fresher - 2 years of experience in a customer facing/ technical consulting role.
- Understanding of web and internet technologies
- Basic Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (IPv4/v6, ICMP, TCP, UDP, HTTP’s, DNS, BGP etc.)
- Knowledge of the web-performance industry is a plus
- Good analytical and triaging / data triangulation abilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including experience presenting in front of a large audience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / BCA / MCA / BSC / MSC
