Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate team member to ensure the quality and reliability of our digital products. As a QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Perform QA testing for multiple products across platforms (app, web, mobile).
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using ClickUp and established automated testing suites.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability, usability, and performance considerations.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate test results and status updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and software testing.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality control.
  • Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and APIs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
  • Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ISTQB or similar certification is desirable but not required.
