We’re hiring a B2B Travel Agent to join our Portugal team. This full-time role offers flexibility: work fully remote from anywhere in Portugal or hybrid from Lisbon. ✨ What You’ll Do
Support customers via chat, phone, and email
Manage bookings for hotels, flights, rail, and cars
Handle complex itineraries including ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance, and PNR management
Apply travel policies and global regulations
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer experience
Participate in training and product updates
✅ What We’re Looking For
Native/fluent French + fluent English (B2+)
Experience in corporate/business travel bookings
Proficiency with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS systems
Strong knowledge of fares, reissues, cancellations, ARC/BSP practices
Familiarity with NDC, low-cost carriers, and aggregators (advantage)
Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
Ability to manage urgent travel requests in a fast-paced environment
Availability for rotating schedules, Mon–Sun (07:00–22:00)
