The Offer:
- Assure mediation between hotels and suppliers
- Assist customer by the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner.
- Offer assistance on purchases and products catalog
- Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
- Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
- Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished.
- Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English
- Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
- Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
- Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
