NFP is hiring an AVP, Sr Analyst P&C Ops.

The AVP, Sr Analyst P&C Ops is primarily responsible for acting as the operational and integration lead for the division. This includes areas of support, training, development, analysis, and standardization. In doing so would serve as a key role in supporting our day-to-day operational and implementation teams by fostering positive and collaborative relationships between all stakeholders: business leadership, vendors & carrier partners, cross-functional leadership (IMO, PMO, IT), the MGA support team, and its end users.

Key duties include, knowing the business priorities through communication with Totalis leadership, working with all endorsed Totalis vendors as lead contact, partnering with the implementation team on new MGA Program onboards, adoption of new integrated applications, and optimization of existing platforms/processes through NFP’s MGA Operational Design Authority.

Some additional responsibilities may include support like functions i.e. assistance with questions and requests from other support stakeholders or peers. Communication and collaboration with MGA Support team, lead meetings, support training needs, and special projects.is also expected. Participation in and/or supporting many project based meetings with be a key part of the job.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

MGA Operational Analyst Lead

  • Learn the vision, priorities and project roadmap from Totalis Leadership.
  • Provide support to the current and future NFP MGA programs as an operational analyst lead.
  • Establish and govern the knowledge base library associated with MGA deployments and integrated systems and other supporting workflows relative to MGA deployments.
  • Foster relationships with MGA carrier partners, vendors and the business to support custom reporting needs that meet specific carrier contractual requirements.
  • Manage, maintain, and upgrade existing solutions as well as any new solutions based on organizational requirements within MGA’s digital eco systems.
  • Support testing efforts of configuration, manage user testing, and other changes in IMS and other MGA integrated systems to ensure positive outcomes. This also includes other, endorsed external platforms.
  • Facilitate and/or lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders on all things MGA Systems as required.

Implementation Support

  • Provide support to training efforts through document production and delivery of instruction as needed with MGA integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, including NFP Implementation Lead to evaluate options and define standards for engagement of new integrated applications.
  • Assist with related special projects, business requirement documentation, report development, gap analyses, and other initiatives as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

· Learn IMS MGA Systems and super user.

  • Mastery of MGA business model, procedures and regulations
  • Strong use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to teach others at varying levels of knowledge
  • Ability to learn and effectively use company computer systems and applications

· Attention to detail

  • Ability to professionally interact with a variety of people
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Willingness and flexibility to adjust to and conform with varying timelines
  • Able to coordinate resources and responsibilities
  • May be required to work overtime as necessary

· Ability to travel on occasion

  • Ability to work with all time zones as necessary.

Education and/or Experience:

· College Degree, Preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

· Insurance licensed, Preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broad knowledge of MGA business model and related systems
