As a Research & Administrative Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of luxury wedding experiences by conducting comprehensive market analysis and gathering crucial competitive intelligence. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the luxury wedding and events industry
- Compile and analyze competitive intelligence data to inform strategic planning for the upcoming wedding season
- Research and document current market rates, service offerings, and competitive positioning in the events industry
- Gather detailed cost analysis data for renovation and expansion projects
- Create organized, detailed reports synthesizing research findings and market insights
- Develop and maintain structured databases of market information and competitive analysis
- Present research findings in clear, actionable formats that support decision-making
- Support additional administrative tasks related to research projects as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in online research and data compilation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to identify key insights from complex data
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently on project-based assignments
- Excellence in written English communication
- Experience in creating detailed research reports and data presentations
- Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a flexible, remote environment
- Professional discretion when handling business intelligence
- Previous experience in events industry research is a plus
