This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week preferred, Mon-Fri 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM (PST) includes 1h unpaid break.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to property sellers using provided scripts and lead lists
- Qualify leads to determine genuine interest in selling properties
- Overcome objections and address hesitations from prospects
- Conduct follow-up calls with investors to qualify their investment criteria
- Schedule appointments with qualified, committed prospects for the business owner
- Ensure leads are properly warmed up before transferring to closing team
- Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM system (Salesforce)
- Follow established sales processes and procedures
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
- Process approximately 50-150 leads per day depending on lead quality and call flow
- Target goal of generating 20-30 qualified appointments per month
- Work with 20,000+ property seller leads in California market
- Handle 500+ investor prospects for qualification and follow-up
- Direct management by business owner with support from Bruntwork client success team
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a must
- Real estate appointment setting experience highly preferred
- Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Resilience and persistence for high-volume cold calling activities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Availability for full-time commitment (40 hours per week preferred)
