Job Description:

Take ownership of implementing multi-channel digital marketing initiatives for a dynamic organization. In this role, you’ll manage the technical aspects of content delivery across the web, social media, and email platforms, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern marketing technologies while maintaining the organization’s digital presence. You’ll be instrumental in managing content implementation across multiple channels, working with provided materials to maintain a consistent and professional brand presence.


Responsibilities:
  • Execute website content updates through Framer/Web flow CMS, ensuring optimal presentation and functionality
  • Manage and schedule provided social media content across multiple platforms, maintaining consistent posting schedules
  • Configure and maintain social media profile elements, including cover photos and profile information
  • Implement email marketing campaigns using Kit (formerly ConvertKit), including newsletters and educational courses
  • Ensure precise timing and scheduling of content delivery across all digital channels
  • Maintain platform-specific best practices for content implementation
  • Monitor technical aspects of content delivery and resolve any implementation issues
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth content flow across all channels


Requirements

  • Proven experience with CMS platforms, particularly Framer/Web flow
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media platform management and scheduling tools
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, specifically Kit (ConvertKit)
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Availability during US/South American business hours
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing implementation
