Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for service providers, from initial screening to successful onboarding
- Conduct professional screening calls and detailed interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Develop and implement comprehensive vetting procedures to ensure service quality standards
- Create and maintain clear, effective onboarding documentation and processes
- Evaluate technical skills and qualifications for various property service categories
- Manage multiple candidate pipelines while maintaining high attention to detail
- Ensure all service providers meet platform standards and possess required certifications
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential service providers
Requirements
- Proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar roles
- Outstanding interviewing skills with ability to assess technical capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience in candidate screening and qualification verification
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and recruitment tools
