We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in the adult entertainment industry. This is a full-time remote position with a variety of tasks, ranging from content upload and moderation to creator outreach and basic customer interaction. The right candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, comfortable with adult content, and committed to a long-term working relationship.
You will be working closely with the client and expected to perform efficiently with minimal supervision after training. This role requires flexibility and strong attention to detail, with an openness to ongoing training over a longer period.
Key Responsibilities
- Piracy Monitoring: Track pirate websites for copyright infringements, collect URLs, and submit DMCA takedown notices via a dedicated program.
- Content Uploading: Upload videos to various platforms and publish pre-written promotional posts (no content creation required).
- Social Media Management (X/Twitter): Create and delete posts as directed.
- Light Administrative Tasks: Including deleting comments, resending messages, and conducting online research.
- Chat Moderation: Answering basic inquiries from new users (no role-playing or deep engagement).
- Email Outreach: Assist potential creators via email to sign up and set up on the client’s club platform.
Voting Support: Participate in online voting campaigns for awards; may require creating one-time use email addresses and using VPN.
