Job Description

Take ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives for an innovative property investment firm. In this role, you’ll craft compelling digital campaigns that reach sophisticated investors across global markets. Using cutting-edge marketing tools and creative platforms, you’ll manage everything from property listings to social media presence, while working with premium real estate content. This position offers the unique opportunity to blend creative marketing skills with property investment expertise, all while working with a diverse international client base.

Responsibilities
  • Drive email marketing campaigns through both Hubspot and MailChimp platforms, managing multiple investor databases
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms using Hubspot’s integrated tools
  • Transform developer materials and market updates into visually appealing content using Canva and company templates
  • Manage weekly property portal updates using specialized property feed management systems
  • Craft compelling marketing copy using AI tools like ChatGPT while maintaining brand voice
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies across all channels
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing communications
  • Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Hubspot’s marketing suite and MailChimp platform
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation
  • Advanced skills in Canva and similar design tools
  • Experience with property portals preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with modern marketing technology and willing to learn new tools
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
  • Must be available during UK business hours
  • Previous experience in real estate or investment sector is a plus
