Job Description

In this position, you’ll qualify and nurture valuable leads while working with a global team of sales professionals. You’ll play a crucial role in the company’s growth by managing inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, and ensuring seamless handoff to specialized sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate incoming leads through Zoho CRM platform
- Conduct initial consultation calls with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Qualify and categorize leads based on project type (permanent installations vs. rentals)
- Schedule follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects
- Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales specialists
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Perform follow-up activities to ensure lead progression
- Coordinate with international sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain high standards of professional communication and customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or lead qualification experience, preferably in hardware/electronics industry
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and discuss LED display technology
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho
- Proven track record of professional customer interaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a global team
- Must be available to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time business hours
- Professional home office setup with reliable internet connection
- Background in hardware sales or electronic equipment preferred
