This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Monday to Friday - Ideally, overlap 1+ hours at 9am PST.
Client Time zone: Flexible with some overlap preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing
- Handle collections activities (preferred but not required)
- Provide feedback and insights on different bookkeeping software solutions
- Maintain accurate financial records using client-provided software tools
- Adapt to and work within the company's existing communication and project management tools
- Participate in the evaluation and testing of various financial software platforms
Requirements
- 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with multiple bookkeeping software platforms
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on software tools and processes
- Adaptability to new software systems and tools
- Experience in accounts receivable management
