• Produce eye-catching videos, reels, and graphics that effectively communicate our message and showcase our app’s capabilities
  
• Actively engage with our online community, fostering meaningful conversations and providing timely responses to inquiries
  
• Implement targeted outreach campaigns to expand our user base and partner network
  
• Analyze social media metrics to refine our strategy and maximize impact continually
  
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align social media initiatives with overarching organizational goals
  
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, adapting our approach to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

• Proven track record in social media management, preferably within the nonprofit or tech sectors
  
• Portfolio of sample works (graphics and video) required
  
• ​Deep understanding of social media platforms and their unique best practices
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Creative flair with a talent for producing engaging, shareable content
  
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software
  
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
  
• Passion for technology and its potential to drive positive social change
  
• Experience in disaster relief or community outreach is a plus
