Who You AreBrightwheel is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the brightwheel Marketing team. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in creating impactful face-to-face experiences that resonate with brightwheel’s target audience and stand out in a competitive market. Leveraging your deep understanding of product and market dynamics, you will craft and execute strategic field marketing plans, nurturing relationships and driving lead generation to support the sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of creating successful events and marketing campaigns, collaborating effectively with sales leaders, and the ability to align marketing efforts with business goals. You will collaborate with the sales team, manage budgets, and constantly improve the effectiveness of field marketing activities to engage prospects and drive revenue.
