As a Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between our clients' business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that their products not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including client stakeholders, designers, developers, marketers, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats for clients.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements from clients.
- Develop detailed product specifications and requirements documents for client projects.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond for client products.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met for client deliverables.
- Monitor product performance and iterate on product features based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Act as the main point of contact for all product-related queries and communications with clients.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members working on client projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in B2B technology.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Notion.
- Proficiency in collaboration and whitebarding tools like Figjam or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
