What will you do?
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients throughout their lifecycle
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your book of business
- Maintain 95% client retention rate by identifying and mitigating churn risks
- Provide timely assistance for client queries and escalate to relevant teams when needed
- Coordinate training sessions and manage implementation progress
- Document all activities through proper company channels (CRM)
- Conduct regular client health checks and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client expansion campaigns
- Represent Bright at client and industry events as required
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing sales roles
- Strong track record of meeting retention and revenue growth targets
- Advanced knowledge of business software solutions, preferably accounting/practice management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Results-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience with CRM management and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Genuine interest in building strong working relationships and delivering value
- Previous experience in accountancy solutions is an advantage
