Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and weekly pipeline creation goals
  • Facilitates efficient and in-depth product demonstrations for customers with the Sales Solutions team
  • Introducing new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them up to speed with our latest product enhancements and new releases
  • Creates long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and develops reference ability within the install base
  • Partner with others within Epicor to sell our solution
  • Conducts account and territory planning
  • Generates leads through social selling and leveraging one's network
  • Follows up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory
  • Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven presentation and demonstration skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
  • 2+ years of ERP experience
  • 2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years’ account management and/or consulting sales experience, including customer satisfaction.
  • 2+ years of consistent quota attainment
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Applicable experience with a demonstrated record of success.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technology industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and relevant technical certifications.
